I know the RED cameras were sort of a pain at the beginning, loosing sync and issues with naming convention when using slave/master, but they've gotten better. First the Mysterium upgrade then the Epics, and now the forth-coming Scarlett (only been waiting for that for like 5 years!). And now the Alexa with it's built in camin control plate (optional) for C-Motion motors seems like a good deal. What does everyone think? Ins and Outs, Pros and Cons, Benefits and Drawbacks, Likes and Dislikes - what's the story gals?

Epics are great because of the size. And Red One MXs are pretty stereo compatible now with sync, master/slave, 3D integration. Alexa is the best camera overall, I am looking forward to the option I saw where the imaging block is separated from the electronics making for a smaller "body" with cables off the back. Like the SI 2K mini in concept, though much bigger.
Have you seen the ScreenPlane rig? Im totally in LOVE!!! (link below)
